i3media are currently looking for developers (x2) who have excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL, web applications, databases, CSS, and web standards. Experience with web accessibility guidelines is desirable, and any experience in handling technical support queries is a big bonus.

Web Designer

We're looking for a talented designer to fill a gap in our team.
The primary responsibility is to provide great designs that we can use in our projects. We're not just looking for anyone; you've got to be good - actually you've got to be GREAT!.
We already have a strong portfolio which is our main entry into many companies, we are looking for someone to build on this but bring new ideas and energy into what we deliver.
You must have great attention to detail, be committed to a very high quality of design, layout and typography and be aware of web standards and best practice.
Here are some of the key skills we're looking for - the rest we can work out through the interview process:
* Fluent in Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver (or similar)
* Design striking interfaces which will be both unique and most of all accessible and usable
* Able to take designs from flat file to high standard XHTML/CSS compliance quickly
* Some experience with Flash/Actionscript - though not absolutely necessary
* Knowledge of designing for Web 2.0 applications (AJAXy stuff) a distinct advantage
* Experience of design for content managed and ecommerce sites a must
