Feasibility Studies

Having a good idea for a new site and actually making it work as a business are a long way apart, and just as we don't want to spend months building a brilliant site that no one uses, you don't want to spend thousands of pounds and months of your time on a project that fails.

While we cannot guarantee that your business will be a success, we can increase the odds significantly buy looking at the project in detail before the work goes ahead.

This in depth analysis takes us deep into the concept, competitors, and possible pitfalls as well as potential revenue and break even levels.

If commissioned to do so we have one of our team spend days looking at the project and put together a detailed report. While these are bespoke (and confidential) they typically cover items such as:

  • Who are the competition?
  • Who much traffic are they getting?
  • Are they making money?
  • What is there audience?
  • How to they market themselves?
  • How many links do they have?
  • How long did similar sites take to build traffic?
  • How did they do it?
  • What revenue can you expect to make?
  • Expected number of page views?
  • Recommended marketing strategy
  • PR suggestions
  • Budget and staffing requirements
  • Advertising suggestions

These are just some of the things we investigate and the end result is a detailed meeting ( 3- 4 hours ) and a report - typically  15- 20 pages about the new project.
