A Zakat foundation came to us after spending £4,800 on Google Ads the previous Ramadan with no conversion tracking in place. We rebuilt the campaign from two ad groups into fourteen, added 180 negative keywords targeting NHS and welfare searches, and rewrote every ad with donation-intent headline structures. Cost per donation fell 38% year-on-year.
