Cluttered. Confusing. Crowded. The ELF site was very dated and clunky. The user experience did nothing to aid visitors in quickly finding their desired product. Without the functionality to update either the creative or the products in a timely fashion, the site was becoming a drawback to the business rather than an asset.

Imagine searching a library with nothing in any logical order, now apply this to your products.

Affording customers the ability to filter their searches with intelligent fields, allows them to source their ideal product faster, and therefore complete their checkout efficiently. With every product variation having it’s own SKU code, the warehouse was able to pick and pack just as efficiently as the customer did when placing their order.

We built a Google shopping feed for ELF. Combining this with accurate micro data, we ensured products would be up to date and described correctly online, making them more visible and easier to buy. In line with modern web technology, we used HTML5. This delivered a site viewable on all devices.
